The Shanghai Cooperation Organization in a Changing Central Asian Geopolitical Context

The article discusses the initial role of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Central Asia and latest development trends, as well possible scenarios for its transformation future, with a special focus on Asia. enlargement SCO 2017 enhanced geopolitical weight expanded opportunities further multilateral cooperation. It has chance to transform into Eurasian organisation. Nevertheless, these perspectives remain unclear.
